IRVINE, Calif., October 24, 2012–Las Vegas was hopping in October for the 2012 Club Industry Show. Fitness owners and operators from all parts of the country attended the event and were excited to see Star Trac’s New TreadClimber®. Industrial Designer, Victor Cornejo, and Mechanical Design Engineer Maxwell Gilmore were on-hand to assist onlookers with the new alpha prototype of the TreadClimber.

Attendees spent time learning about the mechanics of the TreadClimber as well as physically testing it out. The reviews are in and the TreadClimber was a hit.

Here’s what people were saying:“The product was such a great workout that Patchel Evans, owner and founder of GoodLife, came back on Friday and used it as his workout for the day,” shared Michael Bruno, Founder of Core Industries DBA Star Trac.Brett Athey, CEO of Glide exclaimed, “These guys figured it out! The number one question was: when can I get one? Many commented “This unit feels better than ever before”. It was a great show,” said Victor Cornejo, Star Trac Industrial Designer.

“The industry response to the progress of the TreadClimber was fantastic, we had so many positive responses to both the mechanical design and the overall look that we couldn’t be happier,” shared Jeff Dilts, Star Trac’s Senior Director of Marketing & Product Management.

The industry response comes as no surprise given the products efficiency.

October 5, 2011 Nashville, TN, soOlis.com, the most comprehensive fitness and wellness resource website, launched its commercial fitness equipment comparison feature. This feature instantly makes soOlis.com the best resource for commercial fitness equipment.

Just imagine the time and effort it takes to compare commercial fitness equipment. Most likely, the first step is to search the internet. After 11 million results are rendered, most people will only look at the first or maybe the second page? That brings the search to 20 results and several pay per click ads; so there are still many decisions to make. After opening and closing several sites, the decision is more difficult than ever. Which products are IPod compatible? What type of cushioning systems do treadmills have? Which manufacture has the best warranty? soOlis.com answers all these questions while saving the gym owner time and money. The commercial fitness equipment comparison feature will allow an individual’s to compare different manufacture’s products side by side. For example, a purchasing agent could compare a Life Fitness, Precor, Star Trac, and Paramount treadmill side by side (4 products is the maximum). Examine the type of console, the size of the running surface, the warranty, and in most cases the price; and there’s much more. Not only can individuals compare commercial fitness equipment by categories like treadmills, ellipticals, plate loaded, etc, but they can enter key words like leg press, chest press, triceps or any other key word and soOlis.com will narrow down the search to provide the complete information. soOlis.com does not stop there; they also provided videos and or links to manufactures videos so anyone can see the product in motion and get the full aspect of the commercial fitness products.

Brad Bishop, President of soOlis.com, added, “We are very pleased with how the commercial fitness equipment comparison feature is taking shape. We have already had several manufacture and dealers use the feature; and can’t believe how extensive the informational is. Launching this feature has been a ton of work and we still have quite a few products to add. We will be adding new products daily to the database and look forward to completing the home fitness equipment comparison in the next month,”

Not only is soOlis.com a great resource for gym owners, fitness directors and anyone else looking for commercial fitness equipment, but Commercial Fitness Dealers and Manufactures are also very impressed with soOlis.com new feature. Bob Burgess, President of Heartline Fitness, said “soOlis.com is an outstanding resource. It will help salespeople become more knowledgeable amount our competition and help generate some good quality leads.” John Schaffer, Regional Manager of Paramount Fitness, said, “This site is very cool; it will be extremely helpful when writing bids and our prospects will be able to compare the products first so price will not be the only factor. “

soOlis.com is a fitness and wellness information website. soOlis.com does not sell any fitness equipment. soOlis only educates the end users on fitness equipment, helps them find local gyms and ymcas, and finally allows them to browse Web MD articles and videos. soOlis.com – the Fitness and Wellness Authority.

For more information on the commercial fitness equipment comparison or if there is a product that you cannot find on soOlis, please contact Tim Sebold @ tsebold@soolis.com or call 877-789-8773.

October 5, 2011, Nashville TN, soOlis.com, the #1 fitness and wellness website, now offers licensing opportunities to commercial and retail fitness dealers. With the development of their extensive fitness equipment database, soOlis.com has opened the opportunity to fitness equipment dealers to license soOlis’ database. This will allow companies to provide top quality information on fitness equipment for a small monthly fee.

Some would ask, “What is the problem with having a forwarding link to a manufactures website anyway? “ Here are the main reasons why it is a bad idea. First, and most important, the fitness equipment dealer could lose a sale. Once a prospect is on a manufactures site, what is going to stop them from contacting the manufacture directly? Second, the manufactures actually are competing with the fitness equipment dealers on the internet. The manufactures have much more resource working on internet marketing. They focus on their SEM, SEO, and PPC; which most fitness equipment dealers don’t even understand. Finally, fitness equipment dealers need to “Brand Recognition”; they need to be well known in their community, not the manufacture’s brand. Clients should say, “Doesn’t Fitness Brokers sell treadmills?” not “Doesn’t that one dealer sell Precor?”

According to Brad Bishop, President of soOlis.com, “This is a great opportunity for Commercial and Retail Fitness Dealers that don’t what to or can’t afford to spend money continually updating their website and working on internet marketing. soOlis will create a landing page that looks like the clients site, mark the manufactures the dealers represent and keep all the products up to date so the dealers will not even have to think about the product section on their site. We will also provide our comprehensive product comparison feature.”

So any fitness distributor who would like to keep all their prospects on their site or just wants to take advantage on the new fitness equipment comparison feature please contact Tim Sebold at tsebold@soOlis.com or call 877-789-8773 ext 705.

soOlis.com is strictly an information fitness and wellness website. The company has over 50 years of experience in all facets of the Fitness Industry, fitness dealers, gyms and health clubs, and distribution through manufactures. soOlis.com your fitness & wellness authority.
