				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>September 8, 2011, Independence, VA</strong>—<em>Med-Fit Systems</em>, Inc., manufacturer of Nautilus® commercial products, announced today that Sean Smith, former <em>24 Hour Fitness </em>Executive will serve as Chief Operating Officer for <em>Med-Fit Systems, Inc</em>.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Smith, 44, will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of <em>Med-Fit’s</em> finance, IT, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, certification and compliance as well as facilities and legal.  Smith will report directly to Dean Sbragia, CEO of <em>Med-Fit Systems, Inc. </em></p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Smith most recently served as Senior Director at <em>24 Hour Fitness</em>, a fitness club chain with over $1 billion in annual revenue.  While at <em>24 Hour Fitness</em>, Smith delivered $335 million in savings due to operational improvements over a 10-year period, while implementing a procurement process that produced annual savings in excess of $33 million.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Before that, Smith spent 5 years as the Systems and Operations Planning Manager for <em>Toyota</em><em> Motor Sales, USA</em>. He spent significant time training in Japan and then implementing and teaching their continuous improvement process (Kaizen) and JIT (Just in Time) methods to North American operations.  He achieved the highest level of Certified Kaizen Master.</p>
